The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. We were impressed with the range of amenities and services offered, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room itself was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a mini-bar. We also loved the outdoor terrace and sitting area where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the desert.

We had an amazing time at this hotel in the Sahara Desert. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the pool was a great place to relax. We also enjoyed the camel ride and stargazing at night. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the desert and easy access to nearby attractions.
That some of the activities were a bit expensive. Additionally, we experienced some noise from the neighboring tents at night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. however, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the Sahara Desert.

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff We spent our New Year's Eve in the desert and booked an excursion through the hotel. the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and it was an incredible way to ring in the new year. the rooms were also quite comfortable and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Plus, the meals offered were delicious and we enjoyed trying a variety of local dishes.
We paid a premium price for our New Year's Eve experience, but ultimately felt let down by the lack of transparency and honesty from the hotel staff.

The hotel's location was stunningly beautiful and remote. the room was tastefully decorated and had plenty of space. the outdoor pool was clean and inviting, and the hotel staff was always there to provide excellent service. Plus, breakfast offered a choice of a variety of delicious food, including local specialties like tagine.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable throughout the hotel, making it hard to stay connected with the outside world.
